Clean Water For Kenya

I need your help and support in a cause that is dear to my heart.

Two years ago I went on a family trip to Kenya. A trip that changed my life forever. When I was a little girl, I remember my father telling us stories of his adventures in Africa while shooting a film called “Safari“.

I will always remember his fondness for the people, especially the children. I experienced the magic while traveling through the Maasai Mara and the  Rift Valley.

I used my camera to capture our adventures, I wanted to hang on to that magic. I knew that one day I would return, but did not know that my next trip would have a purpose.

This is where I need your help… I’ve found an organization based right here in Malibu — the “RainCatcher”.

RainCatcher is a non-profit organization that is committed to providing clean drinking water to impoverished regions around the world. Since 2004, RainCatcher has been providing clean drinking water solutions to Africa and, more recently, to other parts of the world. “There is no shortage of water given by nature — only a shortage of water being received efficiently by us.”

My goal is to raise enough money to help RainCatcher provide at least ten schools in Kenya with clean water.

So I am planning a fundraiser. I know that giving of my time and energy to help those in need is a feeling like no other.
